Series 01 boards: 14-day returns
If you change your mind, you can return a Series 01 deck within 14 days of delivery for a refund, as long as it is unused, unskated and in its original packaging with the grip tape not applied.
- Start a return through our Contact page with your order number. We'll reply with where to send it.
- Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by you. We recommend a tracked service.
- Once we receive and check the board, we refund the amount you paid to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.
- Original shipping charges aren't refunded for change-of-mind returns.
Mythical editions
Every Series 01 order gets its own 1 in 20 chance to ship as the Mythical edition. A return is refunded at the price you paid. Returns can't be exchanged for another Mythical draw.
Custom boards are final sale
Custom boards are drawn by hand by Luke for you alone, so they can't be returned or refunded once the drawing has started, unless they arrive damaged or with a printing defect.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your board arrives damaged, has a printing defect, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll replace it or refund you in full, including shipping, at no cost to you.
Discount codes
If you used a discount code, including a code won in the Shop Boardz S.K.A.T.E. app, your refund is the amount you actually paid. Used codes can't be reissued.
