Terms of service

These terms apply when you use this store or buy from Shop Boardz ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them. Please also read our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy, which are part of these terms.

Products and orders

  • Series 01 boards are printed to order in the design and colour you choose. Colours on your screen may look slightly different from the printed board.
  • Each Series 01 order has its own 1 in 20 chance of shipping as that design's Mythical edition. The Mythical edition can't be bought, chosen or guaranteed.
  • Trucks and wheels are not included unless the product page says so.
  • We can refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, the price was shown incorrectly, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel, we refund you in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Canadian dollars and include the options shown at checkout. Taxes and shipping are added at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the one shown when you order.

Custom boards

  • Custom boards are drawn by hand by Luke. No AI is used. He films each drawing, and we may share that video on our social accounts unless you ask us not to.
  • Only send reference photos and ideas you have the right to share. We can decline any request, including ones that copy someone else's artwork or brand, or that are offensive. If we decline, we refund you in full.
  • The finished artwork stays the work of Luke and Shop Boardz. You own your board, and you're welcome to share photos of it.

Discount codes

Discount codes, including codes won in the Shop Boardz S.K.A.T.E. app, work once, on one order, and can't be combined with other discounts. They have no cash value and can't be sold or exchanged. We may cancel codes that are shared publicly, resold or obtained by cheating.

Skate safely

Skateboarding has a risk of injury. Wear a helmet and protective gear, check your board before you ride, and skate within your ability. To the extent the law allows, we aren't responsible for injuries or damage from riding, or for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under Ontario or Canadian consumer law.

Our content

The designs, characters, artwork, photos and text on this site belong to Shop Boardz and Luke Bandstra. Please don't copy or sell them without our permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version posted here when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
