Where we ship from

Shop Boardz ships from Ontario, Canada. We ship to the countries you can choose at checkout.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout from your address and the size of your order, using live carrier rates. You'll see the exact price, and the delivery options available to you, before you pay.

Made to order

Every Series 01 board is printed to order in the design and colour you picked, so it takes a little longer to ship than an off-the-shelf deck. Custom boards take longer again, because Luke draws each one by hand and films the drawing for you. We'll email you as soon as your board ships, with a tracking number.

Delivery

Delivery times depend on the carrier and your location. The carrier's estimate is shown at checkout. Once your order ships, the tracking link has the latest estimate.

Orders outside Canada

For orders shipped outside Canada, duties, taxes or customs fees may be charged by your country when the package arrives. These are paid by the person receiving the order.

Lost or damaged packages

If your tracking hasn't moved for 10 business days, or your board arrives damaged, contact us through our Contact page with your order number and we'll sort it out. Please check that your shipping address is correct before you pay. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly at checkout.
